Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Return : You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.
  • How to Return: If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send items back to us without contacting us first.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately so we can make it right.
  • Exceptions: Some items can't be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and certain hazardous materials. Unfortunately, we also can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different item, the quickest way to get it is to return the item you have and then make a new purchase.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
